All customer information collated on our system from sales or customer accounts is strictly confidential. No customer information will be passed on or sold to any third parties.
You may cancel your order before 1pm on the day of despatch. A full refund will be given.
LIVE BAIT - Once your order has been despatched no cancellations can be made and no refunds given.
NON LIVE-BAIT - If you are not entirely satisfied with your product please contact us and we will happily offer a complete refund providing the items are unopened and in saleable condition. Please note we cannot pay for the return postage as the cost of this would be reflected in the price of our products
Returns & Replacements
We are very proud of the quality of our worms and products and the service we offer. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will request the item to be returned to us before any replacements or refunds are made. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 01757 618 549. We will be more than happy to sort out any problems.
Live Bait Orders
All our worms are packed fresh to order and leave in the best condition. Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied please contact us immediately.
We aim to get your order with you by the next day to insure the quality of your bait remains at a high standard. The Courier will endeavour to deliver the next day, if however your order is not received within 3 working days please contact us and we will arrange for the parcel to be returned. A full refund will be given. We cannot be responsible for any orders sent via Royal Mail. During hot periods we advise you request your order to be sent via courier to insure your worms arrive promptly and in tip-top condition.

Orders damaged on arrival via courier
If you receive your order and it appears damaged on arrival please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the parcel to be returned free of charge.
